4. CTR (Click-Through Rate)

The organic click-through rate (CTR) is determined by the number of times your meta title and description appear in search results (SERP) and how often users click on that specific webpage.

Why CTR is important?

Well to the searchers, your SEO title, meta descriptions, and URL appear on SERP. 

You check the CTR in the search console, low CTR usually means it is time to update the site’s title & meta descriptions.

CTR for every industry differs, but on average 2-3 % is considered good CTR value.

This indicates how easily people can find your website in search results (SERP). The more queries your website is visible the better.

Although Google doesn’t see this as a ranking factor it is still worth considering.
